PARTY RESERVATIONS

Are you looking for a location  for your Anniversary/ Leaving do/ Birthday or Christmas Party? We offer a room that can accommodate up to 24 guests and provides a pleasant ambiance for parties with just a few or many guests.

We look forward to sitting down with you to discuss your food and party preferences. Unlike most other restaurants here in the town centre we do not make a percentage service charge for parties. Listed below is our recommended party menu.

 

 

A la Carte Menu for up to 24 People

 

STARTERS

French Onion Soup - Made with red wine and herbs, with a cheese crouton.

Italian Tuna Bean Salad - Flaked tuna fish, mixed beans, anchovies and olives.

Garlic Stuffed Mushrooms - Italian cheeses, garlic, breadcrumbs and sherry.

Seafood Mayonnaise - Atlantic prawns and white crabmeat in a tangy sauce.

Chicken Satay - Marinated in hoi sin and five spice, served on a skewer.

Mushrooms al Creme - Button mushrooms and best bacon, in a creamy sauce.

Baby Back Pork Ribs - Lean & tender rack of meaty ribs with hickory bbq sauce.

 

MAINCOURSES - WITH VEGETABLES

Pork Dijon - Stirfried pork tenderloin in a Dijon mustard and cream sauce.

Chicken Paprika - Supreme of chicken in a garlic, tomato and paprika sauce.

Lamb Madeira - Lamb rump steak with Madeira wine gravy (and mint sauce)

Salmon Fillet - Skinless and boneless, with a parsley and mustard cream sauce.

Steak La Bonne Vie - An 8oz rump with a rich brandy and mushroom sauce.

* Served with vegetables also available 8oz Sirloin/12oz Sirloin and 8oz Filet.

 

MAINCOURSES - WITH PASTA

Lasagne Verdi Al Forno - Layers of pasta and bolognese sauce & cheese topping.

Salmon & Prawn Mascarpone - Best salmon and prawns in a creamy sauce.

Linguine Bolognese - Very lean ground steak, garlic, herbs, tomatoes & red wine.

 

MAINCOURSES - HOT & SPICY

Louisiana Chicken - Spicy sausage, chicken breast & prawns in a Creole sauce.

Texas Style Chili - Onions, spices and red kidney beans, lean ground  beef steak.

Vegetable Szechuan - Stirfry in a hot sweet and sour sauce, with garlic & ginger.

 

MAINCOURSES - STEAKS

Plain Rump - 8oz with French fries, mushrooms, onion rings, peas and garnish

( also available 8oz sirloin  / 8oz Fillet  / 12oz sirloin  )

 

 

DESSERTS

Chocolate Bash - With white chocolate icecream and whipped cream.

Banoffe Pie - With creamy banana icecream and whipped cream.

Hot Sweet Waffle - With maple & walnut icecream and real maple syrup.

Apple Toffee Fudge Crumble - With either custard, clotted cream or icecream.

Cheese Cake - White chocolate and raspberry, with icecream or clotted cream.

Ice cream Choice - As above plus Vanilla/Caramel/Rum & Raisin /Sorbet.

Lemon Tarte - With passion fruit coulis, icecream or clotted cream.

Last food orders 1 hour before closing

Gift Vouchers

We offer gift vouchers up to the value of £100 available from our restaurant, or by post with payment by credit card over the telephone.
